My piece for the ~Mythconduct exchange. This is a fairly small exchange where everyone involved is supposed to challenge themselves and try to improve, so if you wanna join you have to be committed! Don't do it all in one day.
That being said, I figured what better way to challenge myself than use a completely different program? XD I found the open canvas 1.1 free download and this is my first ever -real- pic with this program  (see scraps). I think the hardest thing was having to do EVERYTHING on one layer x.x. Though I guess it wouldn't really be oc if it had all the layer options that I'm used to having in ps.I really loved doing the character c: I got to break out of my usual dragon rut, but still kinda stay with the dragonish part of it. plus, oc is incredibly fun to paint with x3, it's so different from photoshop. I can't wait to do more and see what else this program can do. it's such a relief to have one less thing hanging over my head in this insane time of school ending, projects, and finals  art©me  Inu©  |
