You're Up.

It's been a while since I got a sudden inspiration to draw something like this. Then again, I can't say I usually get all that many of them to begin with. Today, I was going through my message center, but the dorm internet was being retarded again. It would randomly go out for about 30 seconds and it was really annoying when I had 8 tabs of deviations loading and all of them kept getting the "can't load page" error. Not to mention whenever I deleted a deviation from my message center it would come right back with a "can't remove messages now" error :<. So I gave up. I really wanted to draw both a dragon and pokemon but only had the effort for one... Earlier today I saw this: [link] from and I my dilemma was solved XD.
